    I would like to write you a letter letting you know how grateful that I am for all of you.  I want you all to know that my son and I will never forget you.  Thank you for caring enough about us to help us through our journey.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you ..........
    When I first met you, our family was really not a family.  Life was chaotic.  We struggled just to get through each day.  Negative energy surged in abundance.  Despair had smothered hope.
    You have been a beacon in the night.
    My son, Joel, 13, came to you Sept 04.  Many of his wonderful qualities had been replaced with an anger than he could no longer contain or control.  We were losing him.  An ugly choice stared me in the face--life or death.
    We chose LIFE for Joel when we chose Majestic Ranch.  And as a bonus, I also chose life for myself.  I had no idea I would experience such a transformation for myself by "doing whatever it takes."
    It takes major commitment on your part to keep our family.  Day in and day out you keep boundaries clear, create and demand excellence, guide, teach, etc., etc.
    I acknowledge you for this.

Dear Majestic Ranch Faculty and Staff,

 

    We are deeply appreciative for your being there in our time of need.  Our son Shawn was on the path of destruction and all previous attempts to help him just did not work.  When we arrived at Majestic Ranch, both Tammy and Wayne helped dispell our fears about this being the correct choice and that he would be safe.  Shawn was also willing to stay which made the leaving part a little easier.
    Since then Shawn has had some setbacks among many successes.  He has completed Discovery and is going to Focus.  He has made more effort in school and is beginning to see what a goal is and what his goals in life will be.
    You have given Shawn a new lease on life and an investment for the rest of his life.

Thank you for taking the time to care about my daughter Kristen.  It has made a difference, not just in her life but in mine.  I have learned more about my child because of what you are doing to work with her to see what is truly inside of her that she has the strength to make a change in her life.  It has also helped me to make changes in my life.  The conferences have made me change the things that I have the power to change and accept the things that I cannot.  Thank you for everything.

Dear Majestic Ranch Staff--   

 

Thank you so much for being caretakers of [our] son.  We were so much at our wits end as to who to turn to.  Now we know our son is safe and you are teaching him lessons that he will take with him his whole life.  The weekly reports are put into a positive light although we feel  he hasn't made progress in the program.  We have appreciated the whole experience of learning how to work with our child when he comes home.   Without the Premier Seminars, we would have brought the child back into the same bad environment that we had created.  Thanks so much for being part of this program.

Eight months ago I arrived at your doorstep frightened, sad, and desperate.  You welcomed me with a firm handshake, a welcoming smile and a strong presence that gave me the strength to give you my son.  I was prepared to turn right back around and take him home if I had seen one look of fear on another child's face.  If I had seen one thing on the ranch that looked out of place or unclean that should have been clean.  But I saw eagerness and respect in every pair of young eyes I met.  I saw a facility that was cleaner than my own home, and I knew in my heart that Chris would be in good, strong hands.
    Our first family rep was very nice, and she left me each week with valuable information about Christopher's choices.  But I really feel that God was watching over Chris when Vinnie took over as our family rep.  Vinne has become a member of my heart family simply because the genuine compassion, respect, and love he feels for my son comes through every phone call.  Christopher has blossomed under the warmth of Vinnie's unwavering acceptance and care.  I have had the pleasure of listening a little to their interactions over the phone and the open acceptance, affection, and ease the two have with each other is a blessing in my life I can never repay.
    Wayne, your willingness to sit with me all day if necessary until I was out of questions and out of reasons to keep holding on was also a gift I'll never be able to repay.  Your booming voice is offset only by the warmth I saw in your eyes--the compassion there--but most of all the steel I saw there too.  And I knew you would treat my son with all those aspects of yourself--and he would bloom.
    Tammy, I only know you through what Vinnie has told me of you and your observations of Chris.  But from that, I can only say thank you for bringing your gifts of discernment and compassion to the Ranch.  When a family rep says how wonderful you are to work for, and how much truth and ability you show everyday, I know Chris is in safe hands.
    To all the rest of the staff, thank you too, for all you give of yourself.  I know it cannot be easy.  They say it takes a village to raise a child.  Thank you, Majestic Ranch, for being the village that is saving my son.

Dear Majestic Ranch Family,
    My husband has a 13-year-old boy in your fine facility.
    We have completed Discovery and Focus finding both programs to be very eye opening and extremely uplifting.
    We all know it was very hard to send our children away for someone else to love and care for.  However, I am so very thankful that Majestic Ranch is available for families that need assistance.

    Just a note to express our appreciation.  We are the grandparents of Rachel Zoch, and we are just about to go into the last day of Focus.
    We know Rachel is a handful, and we are thrilled with the progress she seems to be making.  We know it can't be easy for you, and when we experience something like Focus, it really gives us hope.
    When Rachel came to you, she had many issues; and it wasn't going well.  From all indications we believe that Rachel will grow up to be a credit to her community.  Thank you so much.

    Two months ago we were given a second chance with our 12-year-old daughter Erynne.  We realized that our four eyes were not enough to keep our daughter safe and out of the arms of the law.  We feel very lucky to have found out about you and to be able to have Erynne attend your school.  It is very apparent that you not only keep our daughter safe but you are skilled at identifying her non-working behaviors.  Within two weeks of Erynne going to Majestic Ranch, our family rep had identified several of Erynne's problem behaviors without even being told.  Thank you for keeping her safe and giving us the opportunity to share our life together.

Dear Majestic Ranch Staff,
    We want to express our appreciation to Gabe, Ronnie, Wayne, Tammy and all of the other Majestic Ranch staff members.  Dropping off a ten-year-old boy who was so angry and hurt that he stated he would rather live there than home has to be one of the most painful memories of our lives.  The tears and fear that that period of our lives brings to mind was overwhelming.  At that point we had to put our trust and faith in your hands.  It has now been 7 months and although the pain is still within us, to hear our son Dylan tell us on the phone and in letters that he needs a hug and that he loves us has been so reassuring.  Knowing he is getting the help and guidance we were unable to provide has given us a peace and joy that we find hard to describe.  From the bottom of our hearts we want to thank you for caring for and loving our son Dylan.

    I am so grateful for all of you and for what you do at the Ranch.  What a blessing it is to know that my daughter, Rachel Zoch, is in the hands of people who truly care and love her.  I am constantly praising all of you for your 110% effort and commitment you have for my child and y our program.  I never have any doubts about Rachel's safety, her progress or her well being.  You have truly succeeded in making our family feel secure in that Rachel will become the young woman God has intended her to be and she is definitely in the right place!

    I am writing this letter to express my appreciation to all of you.  Seven months ago I gave up on my son.  I had no other place to turn other than the legal system.  I decided Februrary 9, 2004, to send my son to your facility.  That day was the second hardest day of my life.  The first day I actually sent him was the hardest.
    I want to take this time to commend each and every one of you.  All of you have dedicated yourselves to our children.  I appreciate the time, love, and devotion you give these kids.  I understand now your compassion you give each and every day you spend with these kids and the devotion to helping change these children's lives.  In my eyes you are truly the heroes.  Thank you so much for choosing to love and cherish these kids.

    I have just completed FOCUS in NJ and my life is forever changed because of it.
    In April, I handed over my most prized possession, my son Neal.  I placed in your hands my baby, and drove away knowing he would be safe with you.
    I feel afraid about a lot of things.  One thing I am no longer afraid for is Neal.  I know he is safe with you and that every day, in every way, you strive to move him toward greatness.
    Your efforts, along with those of Premier Education are not only instrumental in saving my son, but also us, his family.
    I tell everyone who will listen about your program, for everyone knows someone who is losing their child.
